JG App Studios ("we," "us," or "our") provides Job Pricer Pro and its related web services. This policy applies to information processed when contractors, team members, customers, or reviewers use the service.
Information We Collect
- Account and business information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, workspace membership, roles, and settings.
- Customer and job information entered by users, including customer contact details, service addresses, quotes, measurements, scope, schedules, invoices, work orders, payment records, and job status.
- User content and files, including photos, blueprints, attachments, business logos, and quote documents.
- App activity and technical records needed to operate and secure the service, including account and workspace identifiers, device or notification tokens, sync status, audit events, app version, billing events, and operational error details.
- Subscription and purchase information received from Google Play or a supported web billing provider, including product IDs, purchase state, order identifiers, and protected token identifiers. We do not receive a user's full payment-card number from Google Play.
- Information users provide when connecting optional calendar services or contacting support.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide account access, estimates, quote documents, customer and job records, blueprints, files, cloud sync, subscriptions, team permissions, customer payment workflows, calendar features, email and push notifications, support, data export and deletion, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.
Job Pricer Pro does not sell personal information and does not use customer or job data for third-party advertising.
Scope Review Assistant
The Scope Review Assistant applies deterministic checks inside Job Pricer Pro to identify incomplete scope, pricing context, or wording risks. The initial release does not send this content to an external generative AI model provider. Suggestions are assistance only and must be reviewed by the contractor.
Payments And Subscriptions
Google processes Android digital subscription and add-on purchases under Google's terms and privacy practices. Job Pricer Pro receives the limited purchase information needed to verify entitlement and provide access.
When a contractor enables customer deposits or job payments, Stripe may host onboarding and payment pages and process payment, identity, bank, dispute, and refund information under Stripe's privacy practices. Job Pricer Pro receives transaction status and identifiers needed to display and reconcile the business record. Raw payment-card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored by Job Pricer Pro.
Optional Calendar Connections
If a user connects Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar, Job Pricer Pro uses authorization tokens and calendar-event information only to provide the requested calendar connection. Users can disconnect the provider from the app and can also revoke access in the provider account.
Storage And Security
Job Pricer Pro may store working data locally on a device and store account or workspace data in secured cloud systems. Production traffic uses HTTPS. Access to cloud records is restricted by authenticated account and workspace permissions, and private files use protected access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Local-only data may be removed when the app is uninstalled, browser data is cleared, or the operating system removes application storage. Users should keep appropriate backups of records they are legally or operationally required to retain.
Service Providers And Sharing
We may provide information to vendors that operate authentication, cloud hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, push notifications, calendar connections, payment processing, support, and subscription validation on our behalf. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services or meet legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when directed by the user, required by law, or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, enforce rights, or protect users, the service, or others. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention, Export, And Deletion
We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service and for reasonable security, dispute, fraud-prevention, backup, tax, or legal purposes. Signed-in users can export account data or request permanent account deletion from the Account & Billing area in Job Pricer Pro.
Users who cannot access the app can use the account deletion page or email [email protected]. Deletion removes the account profile and access. Owned workspaces and their job data are deleted after explicit confirmation. Memberships in workspaces owned by someone else are removed, while business records controlled by that workspace owner may be retained or de-identified. Limited records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, tax, legal, backup, or dispute purposes.
Deleting a Job Pricer Pro account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Users must also cancel through Google Play to prevent future renewal.
Children's Privacy
Job Pricer Pro is business software intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Choices And Policy Updates
Users can update account information, control which job information they enter or upload, disconnect calendar providers, export their data, and request deletion. We may update this policy when the product, law, or providers change. The current version will remain posted with its effective date.
