Before Sending A Quote
Always verify supplier prices, labor assumptions, measurements, quantities, taxes, permits, insurance requirements, scope details, and customer terms. Job Pricer Pro provides estimating support; the contractor controls and approves the final quote.
Account And Data Requests
Signed-in users can export their account data or request permanent deletion from Account & Billing in the app. Users who cannot access the app can use the account deletion request page.
Google Play Purchases
Use Restore purchases in Job Pricer Pro when a valid purchase is not recognized. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through Google Play subscriptions.
The Google Play release is currently in preparation. Store-installed purchase support becomes available when testing begins.
Payment And Calendar Connections
For customer-payment issues, include the non-sensitive transaction identifier and current status shown in the app. For calendar issues, state whether the connection is Google or Microsoft and whether reconnecting resolved the problem.
