These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Job Pricer Pro, its websites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service") provided by JG App Studios. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use the Service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account credentials, assigning appropriate team permissions, and all activity performed through your account.
Contractor Responsibility
Job Pricer Pro is an estimating and business workflow tool. It does not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying all prices, measurements, quantities, taxes, permits, building codes, insurance requirements, labor assumptions, materials, warranties, schedules, payment terms, and customer communications before sending a quote or starting work.
Local-market pricing, scope prompts, risk notices, and assistant suggestions are decision support and are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, or code-compliance advice.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Add-ons
Paid features may be offered through recurring subscriptions and one-time add-ons. Prices, billing periods, included features, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. A trial automatically converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Android purchases are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment, cancellation, and refund processes. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically delete the Job Pricer Pro account. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Some one-time trade packs require an active Pro subscription for access. Ownership remains associated with the purchasing account, but access may remain locked while Pro is inactive. Blueprint Studio may be sold independently as disclosed at purchase.
Contractor Customer Payments
Contractors who enable customer deposits or job payments use a third-party payment processor. Contractors are responsible for their own onboarding information, customer authorization, refund decisions, taxes, disputes, chargebacks, prohibited-business compliance, and all promises made to customers. Job Pricer Pro is not a bank, lender, escrow service, or money transmitter.
Job Pricer Pro deducts a 0.5% platform fee from supported online customer payments, rounded to whole cents with a one-cent minimum per positive online charge. Payment-processor fees are separate. Job Pricer Pro does not add a separate surcharge to the contractor's customer. Offline cash, check, and bank-transfer records do not incur the Job Pricer Pro platform fee.
User Content And Customer Data
You retain responsibility for customer records, quotes, job photos, blueprints, files, internal notes, and other content submitted through your account. You grant JG App Studios and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate and secure the Service.
You must have the right to collect and use the information you enter. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious code, information obtained without authorization, or content that violates another person's rights.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, evade plan limits, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, scrape the Service at scale, transmit malware, impersonate another person, or use the Service for fraud or unlawful activity.
Availability And Changes
We may maintain, update, add, remove, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may establish reasonable technical, storage, or usage limits and will provide notice of material subscription changes when required.
Third-Party Services
The Service may connect to Google Play, Stripe, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, email providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and their availability is outside our control.
Suspension And Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the Service or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." JG App Studios disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that estimates will match actual costs, that a customer will accept or pay a quote, or that the Service will identify every scope, pricing, safety, legal, or compliance issue.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JG App Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, contractor-customer disputes, or project losses arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid to JG App Studios for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Updates And Contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
